Thanks to Crucial I was able to quadruple the RAM in my old laptop (which is double what the manufacturer said was the max). The laptop has worked flawlessly since. Easy install with quality product. Very happy.
I really loved the fact that the software was able to determine which ram memory I needed for my particular laptop. And with the video I was able to install the module in no time.
I didn't like the fact that my order was held up due to the fact they were out of stock but my order arrived very quickly after getting the E mail stating so.
awesome site would order again.got here fast.
Only bad thing was that they were out of stock on an item I needed, and I had to get it elsewhere.
It should not take 2 days to throw a few sticks of RAM into a bag and ship it. Crucial used to get orders out the same day. What happened?
Not including the hidden fee that UPS charges for the customs charge should be included in the shipping and handling. Other then that the ballistic RAM should be dual channel but is only single channel
Still haven’t received my refund after shipping my item back. Never received a follow email after phone call
